Pochas
Limón
Sal
Aceite de oliva virgen
ELABORACIÓN
Se calienta agua en una cazuela y cuando rompe a hervir se añaden las pochas y la sal. Se mantienen a fuego moderado hasta que están cocidas. Posteriormente se escurren, se dejan enfríar en la nevera y a la hora de servirlas se apañan con un chorretón de limón y una buena rociada de aceite de oliva virgen.

INGREDIENTS
Fresh haricot beans
Extra-virgin olive oil
Lemons
Salt
HOW TO...
Put the haricot beans in a saucepan with boiling water and salt as needed. Keep them on a medium fire until they are cooked. Remove the water and put the beans in the refrigerator. Serve cool with natural lemon juice and olive oil as dressing.
